3D printing for business, Melbourne.
Prototypes, short runs, jigs and fixtures, display pieces and branded NFC items, designed and printed to order in our Melbourne workshop and shipped Australia-wide. Send a file or just a brief. We reply within 24 hours and confirm the price before anything is printed.
From one prototype to a short run
Every part is printed to order, so there is no tooling and nothing to stock. Tell us what the part has to do and we will suggest the material and design.
Prototypes
Test a shape, a fit or a product idea in your hands before you commit to tooling. Change the design and reprint.
Short production runs
Repeat copies of the same part, printed to order. Tell us the quantity and we quote the whole job.
Jigs, fixtures & spare parts
Holders, guides, brackets, covers and clips. A photo, measurements or the broken original is usually enough to start.
Retail & display pieces
Stands, risers, organisers and display cases made to fit your products and your counter.
Branded & NFC items
Your text or logo on lids and plaques, and NFC tags that open a web page when tapped. See NFC tags and the logo NFC plaque.

What we print in
We print with Bambu Lab filament. Three core materials cover most business parts; tell us what the part has to do and we will recommend one.
| Material | Good for | Keep in mind |
|---|---|---|
| PLA | Display pieces, organisers, prototypes, most indoor parts | Softens in hot cars and near heat |
| PETG | Functional parts, outdoor use, warmth and knocks | Slightly less crisp detail than PLA |
| TPU | Flexible parts: bumpers, grips, gaskets | Not for rigid structural parts |

By estimated material weight, in steps: A$0.15/g up to 100 g, A$0.18/g from 100 to 300 g and A$0.22/g beyond, with a minimum job price of A$8. That is about A$15 for a 100 g part, A$33 for 200 g and A$51 for 300 g. Big or complex parts get a manual check, and we confirm the final price before anything is printed.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum job price is A$8. One-off prototypes and repeat runs are both normal jobs; tell us the quantity and we quote the whole job.
What files can I send?
STL files get an instant estimate in our online quote tool. Other formats, sketches, photos or measurements can be sent with an enquiry and we quote them manually or model the part in CAD for you.
Can you design the part for us?
Yes. Send a sketch, photo or description and we model it in CAD, iterate with you, then print it.
What materials do you print in?
PLA, PETG and TPU. PLA suits most display and indoor parts, PETG is tougher and more heat-tolerant, and TPU is flexible. Tell us what the part has to do and we will recommend one.
How long does it take?
We reply to custom enquiries within 24 hours. Most jobs are printed and shipped in 3–5 days depending on size; for larger quantities we confirm timing with the quote.
Do you deliver, or can we pick up?
Everything is shipped from our Melbourne workshop: AU $10 (express $15), free in Australia over $100, NZ $15, US $20, international $25.
