Small-batch 3D printing and short runs.

When does small-batch 3D printing make sense?

Quantities too small for moulds

When tooling would cost more than the run, printing the same file again is simpler.

Designs that still change

Revise the part between batches without new tooling.

Spares on demand

Keep the file, not a shelf of stock, and reprint when you run low.

Brackets, clips & covers

Functional parts in PETG, with ASA and CF grades on request.

Enclosures & housings

Repeat cases for devices, sensors and products.

Retail & display pieces

Stands, risers and organisers made to fit your products.

The drawings show part types. They are illustrations, not customer projects.

How is a batch priced and scheduled?

Tell us the quantity and we quote the whole job. Our per-gram rates are below; materials marked "on request", design work and business jobs are quoted per job, and a business minimum may apply. Most jobs are printed and shipped in 3–5 days; for larger quantities we confirm timing with the quote.

Any colour in our colour library can be ordered on request. If it is not on our shelf, it adds up to 2 extra days.
