Drip irrigation manifold, 13 mm poly to 4 mm micro-tube, O-ring push-fit (4, 6 or 8 outlets)
A distribution block for drip, Dutch-bucket and top-feed hydroponics. One 13 mm poly line pushes into an O-ring socket from below; a second end socket daisy-chains to the next manifold or takes a blanking pin. Four, six or eight outlets on top take 4 mm micro-tube, each sealed by its own O-ring, so there is no punching of poly and no printed barbs to snap. Flow is set by the drippers or emitters you fit on the tube ends, so nothing printed drifts or clogs. Two screw holes mount it on a wall or reservoir side. Black PETG with 5 walls, for low-pressure pump or gravity systems; printed to order in our Melbourne workshop.
From A$11.95 for the 4-outlet manifold. Printed to order in Melbourne and shipped Australia-wide; we confirm the final price and lead time before anything is printed.

Order status. Poly sizes are from the maker's published chart, but 4 mm micro-tube has no published outside diameter (some brands are 4/6 mm, some 4/7 mm), so the free coupon checks your tube first. For low-pressure pump or gravity circuits only, not mains pressure.
What does it look like in use?
Renders are computer images of our own design, made from the same model we print. This family is made to order: real photos of our first prints are coming.

Safety & use
Installation & use. Designed for the uses described on this page only. Fixings are not included: use the sizes listed, check they are tight before use, and check the parts regularly for wear or damage. Not for safety-critical or overhead load-bearing use. Damage caused by misuse, modification or overloading isn't a fault in the product.
Water and food. PETG is not a certified food-contact material, and no printed part carries a food-safety certification. Indoor or shaded use; replace a part that turns cloudy, chalky or cracked. Rinse and clean with mild detergent or dilute hydrogen peroxide, not a dishwasher.
Pressure. For low-pressure pump or gravity circuits only. Never connect it to mains water pressure. Run a new manifold over a tray for an hour before leaving it unattended, and keep power boards and plugs away from any spray.
This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Common questions
What tube sizes does it take?
13 mm LDPE poly in (15.1-15.7 mm outside) and 4 mm micro-tube out (about 6 mm outside). Some brands of 4 mm tube are 7 mm outside: the free coupon includes a 7 mm socket, and we print your manifold to suit.
How do the tubes seal?
Each socket has an O-ring groove: 6 x 1.5 mm NBR O-rings for the outlets and a 15 x 2 mm NBR O-ring for the poly inlet. Push the tube in past the O-ring until it stops on the cone. O-rings are not included; the sizes are standard.
How do I set the flow?
With the drippers or adjustable emitters on the ends of the micro-tubes. The manifold only distributes water; it has no printed orifices that could clog or drift.
Can I use it on mains pressure?
No. It is for low-pressure pump or gravity systems. Mains pressure is far higher than a printed part is designed for.
How do I order?
