Fit, rights and limits
Fit: we model to the measurements you give us. If our model doesn't match them, we fix it free. We don't promise a part will fit a use we didn't review.

If it's bigger than the tier: we tell you before starting. You can upgrade, or we refund the design fee in full.
What we don't design: safety-critical parts, anything for pressure, gas or drinking water, live electrical parts, weapons, or copies of protected or branded designs.
Safety & use
We design general-purpose parts to the brief and measurements you give us. Check the part suits your use before you rely on it, especially for loads, heat, outdoor use or anything held overhead.
Parts printed from your files elsewhere, or used beyond what we designed them for, aren't something we can check. Damage caused by misuse or by a use we didn't design for isn't a fault in the design.

How much does 3D design cost?

An extra revision is A$19. How do I pay and send my file?
Pick a tier and pay on our secure Stripe checkout. Straight after paying you upload your file and/or photos with the key measurements and what needs to change. We start within 1 business day.
How long does it take?
Quick fixes take 1-2 business days, replacement parts 3-5 and new designs 5-7. Printing and post come after you approve the design.
Is printing included?
The design fee covers the design and the files; printing is a separate order at our normal instant-quote price. Simple tweak and we print it for you? Design is included free; just order the print via /quote or /custom.

Want it exclusive to you? +50% of the design price (min A$29). Files, photos and logos you send stay yours and are never sold. To make it exclusive, say so in your upload notes and we send a payment link for the extra.
What if my measurements were off?
We model to the measurements you give us. If our model does not match them, we fix it free. If a measurement was wrong, the change is a paid revision (A$19).
What if the job is bigger than the tier?
We tell you before starting. You can upgrade, or we refund the design fee in full.
