Formada3D TPU FPV soft-mount set: motor bumpers, SMA antenna mount and VTX / RX tray (not frame-specific)
A generic TPU 95A set for 5 to 7 inch FPV quads that fits by bolt pattern instead of by frame. Four motor bumpers sit between each motor and arm and take 12 x 12 (M2), 16 x 16 (M3) and 19 x 19 mm (M3) motor patterns, with a raised rim that takes the hit on crashes and landings. The antenna mount bolts to the two rear stack bolts (20, 25.5 or 30.5 mm patterns) and holds the video antenna's SMA bulkhead up and back at 44 degrees. The tray sits on a 30.5 x 30.5 mm M3 stack and carries a 20 x 20 mm M2 VTX, a receiver wing with zip-tie slots and two masts for the receiver antenna tubes. Who it's for
FPV freestyle and long-range pilots building or repairing 5-7 inch quads, and FPV shops and clubs that want one soft-mount set for many frames.
Safety & use
Installation & use. Designed for the uses described on this page only. Fixings are not included: use the sizes listed, check they are tight before use, and check the parts regularly for wear or damage. Not for safety-critical or overhead load-bearing use. Damage caused by misuse, modification or overloading isn't a fault in the product.
Drones. Fit at your own risk and check every screw before each flight. TPU softens above about 60 degrees C. Keep the parts clear of propellers, and re-check the balance and centre of gravity after fitting. Not a certified aircraft part; the pilot stays responsible for the aircraft and for their CASA obligations.
Motor screws. The bumpers add 2.5 mm under each motor. Use motor screws 2.5 mm longer and check that they do not touch the motor windings before you power up.

Common questions
Will it fit my quad?
It fits by bolt pattern, not by frame model: 12 x 12, 16 x 16 or 19 x 19 mm motor patterns, a 30.5 x 30.5 mm M3 stack for the tray, a 20 x 20 mm M2 VTX, and rear stack bolts at 20, 25.5 or 30.5 mm for the antenna mount. Check those numbers on your frame and parts.
What do the motor bumpers do?
Each bumper sits between the motor and the arm and has a 3 mm rim round the outboard half of the motor bell, so a crash or rough landing hits soft TPU first. They add 2.5 mm under the motor, so use screws 2.5 mm longer and check they do not reach the windings.
Which antennas fit?
The antenna mount takes a standard SMA bulkhead connector (1/4-36 thread) through a 6.6 mm hole; the tray's masts take receiver antenna tubes through a slit into a 3.2 mm bore. Tubes and connectors vary, so the free coupon has three sizes of each.
Can I buy the parts separately?
Yes: bumpers in a set of 4, the antenna mount or the tray on its own, or the full set. All are TPU 95A in orange or black.
